    "I'm Lindy from Melbourne, Australia, and I'm 52 years young! My journey with weight struggles started early on—I was a shy kid with low self-esteem issues, finding comfort in food—a habit that spiraled into an unhealthy relationship. I tried numerous diets, but the weight always managed to return, leaving me stuck in a cycle of yo-yo dieting, binge eating, and purging. Even lap band surgery couldn't break this cycle because I hadn't addressed the emotional side of my connection with food. By my 50th birthday, I was tipping the scales past 770 lbs. I felt confined within my own home, battling movement and burdened by health issues. It was tough, often wishing for a different reality as I drifted off to sleep each night. Discovering the Carnivore diet, paired with coaching, completely changed the game. In just 24 months, I've shed around 500 lbs, currently sitting at 277 lbs—impressing my doctor with excellent blood markers.     "Hi my name is Nora Kemmerer. I have worked in cardiology for almost 14 years as an echocardiographer. I had bariatric surgery in 2015, to help me lose the weight the Drs said was preventing me from getting pregnant, but was unable to get rid of my sugar addiction. I successfully lost 110lbs post-surgery, but my fertility journey led my husband and me to pursue IVF. After multiple failed embryo transfers for IVF in early 2020, I asked my fertility doctor what else I could do. He said the carnivore diet. I’ve been carnivore off and on for almost four years and have experienced numerous health and fertility benefits. I was able to lose an additional 30lbs, get off my antidepressants, and have a natural pregnancy, which I unfortunately lost. I’ve also been able to improve my sex hormones by increasing my fats in August 2023. I know carnivore has helped me heal and I know I’m on my way to conceive and carry a healthy baby to full term!
