In June of 2022, Rebecca Ruiz, and her husband Louie, started their carnivore journey. With their eight kids, they transitioned from a standard American diet to a focused carnivore way of eating. On the way they lost hundreds of lbs as a family, resolved a fistful of medical conditions, and found new energy, and new life. In 2023 Rebecca started her channel, Carnivore Family, in hopes of inspiring other families who are interested in this lifestyle.
