    How to cultivate your support system?

    6 things that will help you repair and improve your foundation for the future:

    1. Set Boundaries
    2. Non-negotiable- support each boundary
    3. Quitting is no longer an option- remove it from your vocabulary
    4. Do Not Feed the old you- while you grow through what you go through. If you feed the old you, that action will create pushback instantly.
    5. Hold yourself accountable- if you can’t hold yourself accountable you will fail. You can’t give this power away to anyone else, accountability starts within you first.
    6. Surround yourself with people that:
    • Help you win
    • Encourage you daily
    • Support you and hold you to a higher standard (It’s not about accountability! It’s about encouragement!)

    When we have the right people in our lives it changes the way we show up and it helps make this process easier.

    Let go and let God have full control of your life.

    3. You need a New Lifestyle to step into.
    4. Everything you step into and through you need something positive to replace on your new foundation.

    What do we tear down?

    • Old lifestyle
    • Old mindset
    • Emotions (anger, fear, jealousy, anxiety, shame)
    • Pain (physical hurt, abuse, chronic)
    • Mental (overthinking, depression, anxiety)
    • Diet
    • Attitude
    • Anything that fed the lifestyle that created that undisciplined, unhealthy, unmotivated version of yourself.


    How do we grow through what we go through?

    1. Journaling
    2. Tab it out by The 4 Pillars of Life
    3. Write/type out everything that God brings to your attention

    Physical
    Spiritual
