Today in our podcast we are discussing how to perform your best. Once we start stressing the body we may have pains and aches that are signs that our body is not able to maintain the stress we are exerting on it. How do we support the body so we can perform at our highest level?
FIT- NESS - we discuss the acronym fit-ness . To be FIT we need the NESS which stands for neurology, endurance and structure. Fitness is a combination of endurance, strength and flexibility as well as a sound structure.
Many that are struggling with workouts and fitness routines are not minding their structure. They continue to work out on a frame that is out of alignment and are perplexed when their body does not perform the way they desire.
So, how do we mind our frame and structure?
Think of a car where the tires are unbalanced. What occurs? We wear out some tires more than others. The same idea can be applied to the spine. If your pelvis is high on one side you are going to prematurely wear out your knee or hip joint.
