    لا يستطيعُ لِمَا في القلبِ كِتمَانا

    وعينُ ذِي الوُدِّ لا تنفكُّ مقبلةً
    تَرى لها محجراً بَشَّاً وإنسانا

    والعينُ تنطِقُ والأفواهُ صامتةٌ
    حتى ترى مِن ضميرِ القلب تِبيانا
