  • This is an active sleep meditation - it suits a really busy over active mind, because you are engaging the body with focus, tensing and releasing certain parts of the body as my voice instructs. What you will find is the energy that is used up with anxious overthinking becomes absorbed wthin the fascia of the body. Stress is diverted from the mind into your muscles and as you release you give your energetic field permission to RELAX.

    Its powerful when we bring the body into meditations - the way it should be.

    Get yourself into bed and audaciously spread yourself out like a star fish - this echoes in life, because you forget - YOU ARE HERE TO TAKE UP SPACE - and for that - you need a good nights sleep.
