I’ve been in your shoes once! Years ago, I was personally affected by a takeover. Shortly after signing a contract with a mid-sized company, I received the news that the company was being taken over by an American corporation. Along with the uncertainty came many changes, such as accounting practices, financial reporting, and how to interact with Americans. Today, I know that this moment of uncertainty was a pivotal point in my life. It marked the beginning of my journey to becoming an expert in everything that follows a takeover by an American company. With this knowledge, I can now help others who feel left out in the rain during this period of change in my function as interim manager. I build bridges between the two corporate cultures. This podcast is designed to pass on my best tips and tricks to help you navigate. I will explain what is important after a takeover, the typical pitfalls to avoid, and how to make the most of this opportunity for yourself.
