Wow! What an episode!

I welcomed KJ Whigham onto the show and was blown away when he told me he's done 40-50 triathlons! I was not expecting that!

But I love everything about our talk. Before we even started, KJ said I could ask him anything and he answered everything. You can't help but feel his authenticity when talks about his family, his journey, and Fast Track Racing Team.

And the fact that he and I agreed on this week's hot takes; icing on the cake!

We are opening up Season Two in a big way! Rupesh, the regular runner, invited his friends Alli and Larry from Bravo boot camp for a chat!

Restarting is harder than starting; yes, Larry, you are right. Lots of other pearls of wisdom were dropped in this episode along with the premiere of the hot takes wheel!

We did get the picture at the Patrick Devitt 2024 Turkey Trot!

Yes, that will make lots more sense after you listen to the episode. It's no wonder our friendship has formed; Colleen had me laughing and laughing. So much so, I had to have Marty edit out at least 20% of the recording!

But this episode is such a great follow up to Rupesh the Regular Runner. We are all regular people; with insecurities who make unnecessary comparisons to others instead of embracing ourselves. It seems only fitting the person who helped support me at what I described as my worst race of my life last year at F3 should be released 5 days prior to this year's F3!

It is not often that I become speechless during a recording but I'll be damn if that didn't happen several times with Rupesh!

He was the perfect example of someone who believed they had nothing to share but left me with so many new ways to look at things.
