We did get the picture at the Patrick Devitt 2024 Turkey Trot!

Yes, that will make lots more sense after you listen to the episode. It's no wonder our friendship has formed; Colleen had me laughing and laughing. So much so, I had to have Marty edit out at least 20% of the recording!

But this episode is such a great follow up to Rupesh the Regular Runner. We are all regular people; with insecurities who make unnecessary comparisons to others instead of embracing ourselves. Look forward to more conversations about that and feel free to reach out if you want to be part of that conversation.

It seems only fitting the person who helped support me at what I described as my worst race of my life last year at F3 should be released 5 days prior to this year's F3!

Vianna is the definition of community, gratitude, and support and there is something for everyone to take away from this episode. Thank you Vianna for your patience in needing to rerecord and for being the example you are for so many. You are a Wonder Woman!

Yeesh, that's some awful sound quality. It's what happens when you can find your microphone because you're moving soon.

Just a quick hop on to say; if you're having trouble embracing where you are in your running journey, you most certainly are not alone.
