  • No Food! No Fun!
    Apr 19 2023

Those crunchy crackers or that smooth hummus both have one thing in common. They're, fuel for life. No one can "Live a Life Without Strife" if, they don't have fuel. Food is that fuel for life! Whether you get it from a grocery store, farmers market, garden, farm or get it delivered, you need it! Everyone eats food, food helps us: function, feel good, live longer, develop brain cells, build muscle, and give us some dope dopamine with a delicious taste. In this episode, my friends and I dive into hypothetical scenarios about food; that hopefully make you think about your situation with food. Maybe, you need to be more grateful, add some healthy whole foods to your diet, try some new foods or change your perspective. Maybe, you want to learn how to cook. Maybe, just maybe, you want to dive into your ancestry and make some traditional dishes. I hope this episode inspires you to take a leap of faith into eating new healthy foods and potentially, living a better life.

Excuse my rambling, repetitive points, and domination of the conversation. I will work on those weaknesses and am open to any legit constructive criticism. Remember that no one on this episode has a degree in nutrition. You should not make any life-changing adjustments or dangerously change but merely listen to this conversion and argument to help you think and adjust your life moving forward. Excuse any technical difficulties, improper use of vocabulary, lack of rehearsing(this is the first try for everything), or pauses. This was filmed in my school, not a studio, and is just to talk, educate and have fun.

  • Nice Nutrition!
    Feb 4 2023

Listen as me and my brother dive into eating in a modern day world! Lots of processed food, marketing schemes and unknown facts will be exposed through a fun and lighthearted podcast.

Note and read the passage below after your listen***

First thanks for tuning into that crazy and mind-blowing powerful podcast! Though we may not have agreed or come to a complete finish(didn't talk about fiber in a diet, cite all of our sources, discuss many other ideas, etc). We here at Living Life Without Strife like to leave some information, up to debate(to better critical thinking).

Excuse my rambling, repetitive points, and domination of the conversation. I will work on those weaknesses and am open to any legit constructive criticism. Remember that neither me nor my brother have a degree in nutrition and just have researched on the internet and through people we know. You should not make any life-changing adjustments or dangerously change but merely listen to this conversion and argument to help you think and adjust your life moving forward. Excuse any technical difficulties, improper use of vocabulary, lack of rehearsing(this is the first try for everything), or pauses. This was filmed in my house, not a studio, and is just to talk, educate and have fun.

Remember this is not an end-all be-all to nutrition advice, you don’t have to be all or nothing for a diet, "nutrition isn't a contest or checklist" like my brother said. You're trying to fuel your body for its best function and longevity, with flexibility and effort, you'll succeed. Some days will suck, while others will be amazing. THE MOST IMPORTANT things are that you feed yourself with food for life, enjoy yourself and don't constantly burden yourself with aniexty about nutrition. Remember everything in moderation! If you want to improve your diet but struggle: I'd recommend gradually making changes to your diet. Four things I try to do are: 1. Eat single ingredient/whole foods 2. Limit seed oil fried foods/fats(especially saturated) 3.eat a balanced diet with meat, fruits ,vegetables, whole grains, legumes and dairy 4. Limit highly processed foods/added sugar intake. Thanks for listening and reading. Stop eating food dyes and believing their lies!-Nicky C/Lil Nicky

    Have a Dandy day!
