  • Summary

  • Those crunchy crackers or that smooth hummus both have one thing in common. They're, fuel for life. No one can "Live a Life Without Strife" if, they don't have fuel. Food is that fuel for life! Whether you get it from a grocery store, farmers market, garden, farm or get it delivered, you need it! Everyone eats food, food helps us: function, feel good, live longer, develop brain cells, build muscle, and give us some dope dopamine with a delicious taste. In this episode, my friends and I dive into hypothetical scenarios about food; that hopefully make you think about your situation with food. Maybe, you need to be more grateful, add some healthy whole foods to your diet, try some new foods or change your perspective. Maybe, you want to learn how to cook. Maybe, just maybe, you want to dive into your ancestry and make some traditional dishes. I hope this episode inspires you to take a leap of faith into eating new healthy foods and potentially, living a better life.

    *Full Reflection coming soon...*

Excuse my rambling, repetitive points, and domination of the conversation. I will work on those weaknesses and am open to any legit constructive criticism. Remember that no one on this episode has a degree in nutrition. You should not make any life-changing adjustments or dangerously change but merely listen to this conversion and argument to help you think and adjust your life moving forward. Excuse any technical difficulties, improper use of vocabulary, lack of rehearsing(this is the first try for everything), or pauses. This was filmed in my school, not a studio, and is just to talk, educate and have fun.
