  • Winter Wellness Tips for Thriving Through the Season
    Dec 19 2023

Winter wellness is a journey that's deeply personal, rooted in my 15-year exploration as a wellness advocate. Today, I'm excited to share the tips that have been game-changers for me during this colder and darker season.

First, prioritize your vitamin D levels. Even if you're outdoors, supplementation can be a game-changer for immune strength, energy, and mood during the darker months.

Second, according to the wisdom of Chinese medicine, ditch cold foods and drinks in favor of warm options. A ginger essential oil belly massage adds an extra layer of warmth, supporting immune function.

Third, boost mental well-being with omega-3 fish oils for brain health and the uplifting scents of citrus essential oils, like OnGuard, for a mood lift.

Fourth, create a soothing nighttime ritual with herbal teas, relaxation techniques, and essential oils like lavender and vetiver. Introduce the Healy for healing frequencies targeting sleep and immunity.

Lastly, don't overlook the basics—movement, joy, and gratitude. Incorporating these elements into your routine can do wonders for your overall well-being.

These are the winter wellness strategies that have shaped my journey. I'm curious—what resonates with your own wellness routine?

Let's share and thrive together this winter!

During the holiday season, much like many of you, there are moments when it feels like everything is unraveling. That's why I invited Adriana, a former real estate professional turned human design coach and motivational speaker, to share insights on navigating through this time. As a human design expert, she specializes in assisting high-achieving women in healing their subconscious.

Understanding our human design becomes a lifeline, especially during the holiday chaos and crazy family dynamics. A little insight can transform the season into one that is more peaceful, happy, and, most importantly, centered on self-love.

Adriana's breakdown of how our birth information molds our design provided me with a clearer understanding of myself after digging into my chart. She breaks down human design in a way that makes it easy to understand, emphasizing that our energy fluctuates based on our surroundings and the people we engage with, depending on our unique design. Learning practical techniques like tapping or visualization for establishing emotional boundaries proved to be a valuable takeaway for me.

Understanding our individual human design goes a long way toward managing the pressures of the holiday season. I hadn't fully understood the profound impact our human design has on our daily interactions, reactions, and overall well-being until this conversation. This new awareness feels like the initial stride towards greater self-awareness, setting the stage for a joyful holiday season.

    Nov 21 2023

You can explore the Blue Lotus Immersion HERE on your own with the replays of our sessions

Have you ever felt a deep longing to discover your divine purpose? I know I have. Whenever I feel out of alignment with my purpose, I fall into deep sadness and anxiety.

Recently, I've been feeling a bit lost, unsure if I'm truly living my purpose. That's why I decided to embark on the Blue Lotus immersion. Blue Lotus essential oil is known as the oil of awakening, and I hoped it would provide guidance to awaken myself to my divine purpose.

Throughout the 21 days of the immersion, I anointed myself with Blue Lotus oil and set daily intentions to be awakened to my true purpose. I gathered with a group of like-minded individuals in virtual conferencing, where we explored different practices to connect with our divine purpose. We tapped into EFT tapping, experienced transformative breathwork sessions, and learned about the lore and history of Blue Lotus. The journey wasn't always smooth sailing.

At first, I faced chaos and discomfort, but through an EFT tapping session, I had a profound realization: my purpose isn't something I need to find or prove. It's simply embracing life, following my good feelings, and accepting myself as I am. This profound self-acceptance brought peace to my heart and allowed me to trust that I am always on the right path, even when it feels like I've strayed.

My biggest takeaways from this experience include a deep appreciation for the tools like essential oils, tapping, and breathwork that have guided me on my journey. Most importantly, I've learned that self-love, self-acceptance, and following my heart are the keys to living my divine purpose.

If you're intrigued by this journey, you can explore the Blue Lotus Immersion HERE on your own with the replays of our sessions. Grab your bottle of Blue Lotus HERE and start your journey today. Just reach out to me on Instagram, and I'll share the links and an extra special gift with you. Remember, my friends, all you have to do is live this beautiful life and be grateful for every experience.

If you are a visionary entrepreneur, business owner, coach, author, or anyone looking to make a mark on the world, this is for you. We're tackling the challenge of avoiding social media burnout, especially for those of us who identify as sensitives, empaths, spiritual visionaries, and healers. It can take a lot of energy to show up on social media. Here's how you can be seen without sacrificing yourself and while enjoying what you do.

I get it—social media can be overwhelming, draining, and a real struggle. Some of us resist showing up online because of various concerns, blocks, or discomforts. Here are my personal rules for being a conscious content creator based on my own experience overcoming burnout, shame spirals, and creative blocks.

In order to avoid burnout, I believe self-care is non-negotiable. Taking care of your body, nourishing it, moving it, and connecting with your higher power and loved ones are the cornerstones.

The key is to understand one's capacity, avoiding the temptation to take on all platforms at once. Instead, choose the platform you enjoy most and focus on it. Don't focus on the one you think will bring you more visibility, but on the one that brings you the most joy. That is the key!

Social media isn't just about scheduling posts and letting bots take over; it's about being social. Encourage authentic connections by actively engaging with your community.

It is crucial to be real and authentic. Get rid of the masks and professional facades. Make genuine connections by embracing your true self, quirks and all. My experience has taught me that authenticity is not only vital to preventing exhaustion but also to ensuring that the person you meet online is the same person you'll meet in person.

You can also avoid burnout by using content you have already created. Make your content work smarter, not harder, by repurposing it. Before you take this step, make sure you have a strategy in place.

How will you avoid burnout on social media and build meaningful relationships? I'd love to hear your strategy.

    Until next time!
