About KASHINA

Kashina Alexander-McLean is a masters-prepared Forensic Nurse who has been serving in the healthcare industry for the past 15 years as an RN. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of the West Indies in Jamaica and a master’s degree in forensic nursing from Aspen University in Phoenix, Arizona. She is a member of three US-based International Honor Societies and has been featured on television, in newspapers, and on multiple platforms internationally.

Kashina has moved away from a lucrative professional position to pursue her passion for bringing hope to women affected by adverse life events. She now serves as a transformational powerhouse, speaker, certified coach, and author of the book “When the Silence Speaks”.

In equal effort, Kashina is an ordained pastor and wife to Apostle E. McLean of Kingdom Builders Worship Centre International. She is a servant at heart who incorporates her strong knowledge base as well as her professional and personal experiences to show women how to discover their superpower so they can pursue a life of purpose with passion.
