    Upon graduating from law school as a trained negotiator and six figure debt, Aqui decided to take control of her financial situation. 

    Determined not to let anyone else make decisions for her without being an informed participant at the table, she began learning more about personal finance, and building wealth through podcasts, books and other resources. 

    And, paid off her debt in two and half years!

    After house hacking with friends/family members, she married someone who had property investments, they then scaled up their portfolio by investing in single family homes before moving onto multifamily units so they could have multiple sources of income within each project. 

    They are now working on a luxury apartment in Tulum, Mexico.
