  • This week's podcast guest is Carina Guzman.

Ottawa-based real estate investor and land developer.

Since 2015, Carina has been developing property and investing in real estate, with a focus on transit-oriented infill and subdivision projects.

Carina used her real estate investments as a springboard for her land development business, breaking the norm by daring to create an innovative ‘attainable housing’ subdivision in Calabogie, Ontario.

In this episode, Carina explored the subdivision construction. She talks to us about building modular homes in a manufacturing facility as well as self-funding possibilities for building them.

In this episode, you will learn about:

    • Discover how modular homes can be constructed in a manufacturing facility
