This week's podcast guest is Patrick Gulka.

Patrick became a Certified Inspector through the Inspect4U Home Inspector Training Program. They set a Canada-wide standard of excellence for home inspectors. Inspect4u does training of home inspectors in Alberta and B.C., where inspectors are governed by provincial standards and testing. Those same standards are applied to all Inspect4u graduates, Canada-wide, to ensure their home inspectors are properly trained.

Patrick is a member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), which is the largest association of home inspectors and the best resource for any active inspector. As a member of InterNACHI, he has the most up-to-date information on the newest advances in residential construction and renovation. In 2019, Patrick achieved the rank of Certified Master Inspector, this is the highest rank a Certified Professional Inspector can achieve. 

Patrick is also a seasoned Real estate investor with experience and a diverse portfolio that allows him to add Investor insights along with his inspection services.
