• 24-47 Quit Being So “Needy.” It’s Making You, And Others, Sick
    Nov 20 2024

Episode 24:47 Quit Being So “Needy.” It’s Making You, And Others, Sick

On last week’s episode I talked about the importance of confidence.

How a person with a high level of confidence is more successful… more attractive… and healthier than a person with a low level of confidence.

I also talked about HOW a person could develop more confidence.

Specifically, I said it came down to having a greater understanding of:

    1) WHO you are (Identity)

    2) WHY you are (Purpose)

On this episode I take the conversation further… especially with regard to knowing WHY you are.

    Your Purpose.

I go into great detail about…

    1) WHAT Purpose is

    2) HOW to discover your Purpose

    3) WHY knowing your Purpose will improve your health and eliminate “neediness”

Give this episode a good listen and, as always, share it with a friend.

    Thanks!

  • 24-46 Confidence: The Key To Living A Healthy And Successful Life
    Nov 13 2024

Episode 24:46 Confidence: The Key To Living A Healthy And Successful Life

Suppose there were two athletes of equal talent.

One seems to always win. The other seems to always fall short.

    Why?

Likewise, suppose there are two women… both with beautiful singing voices.

One is always being booked for shows. The other not so much.

    Why?

In both cases - the athletes and the singers - the difference between the “winner” and the “loser” is NOT talent.

    It’s CONFIDENCE.

Confidence, although invisible is a real force.

    A powerful force.

Confidence makes a person more attractive.

    More respected.

Confidence also makes a person more likely to be healthy… and successful.

On this episode I talk about HOW you can develop more confidence.

REAL confidence that will serve you well in every area of your life… including your health.

Give this episode a good listen and, as always, share it with a friend.

    Thanks!

    Oct 30 2024

Episode 24:44 Three Habits That Will Improve Your Health NOW… And Help You Avoid Getting Sick This Winter

As we head into November the days are getting shorter… and colder.

In addition, Daylight Saving Time is ending which means that it will be getting darker much earlier.

If you want to stay healthy during the upcoming winter months you’ll need to incorporate a few healthy habits that work with these changes.

Habits that will improve your overall health RIGHT NOW… and will also help decrease your chances of getting sick during the upcoming “cold and flu” season.

Specifically, these habits focus on three activities:

    1) Your sleeping schedule

    2) Your eating schedule

    3) Your supplement routine

On this week’s episode I dive into the specifics of each of these three habits.

How little tweaks in each can pay huge dividends.

Listen to this episode TODAY as you need to incorporate these habits into your lifestyle as soon as possible.

And, as always, please share this episode with a friend.

  • 24-43 How To CORRECT The Cause Of Chronic Disease
    Oct 23 2024

Episode 24:43 How To CORRECT The Cause Of Chronic Disease

On last week’s episode I talked about the 3 Causes of chronic disease:

    1) Inflammation

    2) Insulin Resistance

    3) Suboptimal Blood Fat Levels

I also shared the blood tests you could perform to let you know which of these causes were affecting your body.

On this week’s episode I take the conversation a step further by talking about what you need to do to CORRECT these causes.

Specifically, I share "God's 7 Laws of Health."

These seven laws, if obeyed, will help eliminate the causes of disease... thereby placing your body in a position to heal itself.

Give this episode a good listen as it could be exactly what you need to help your body heal.

And, as always, be sure to share it with a friend.

    Thanks!

  • 24-42 The 3 Causes Of All Chronic Diseases
    Oct 16 2024

Episode 24:42 The 3 Causes Of All Chronic Diseases

This might be the most important episode I’ve ever recorded.

    Why?

Because on this episode I reveal the three causes of ALL chronic diseases.

    Why is that important?

Because the cost of treating chronic disease is going to bankrupt a lot of families.

And, eventually, it's going to bankrupt this country as well.

It’s not a matter of “if” but “when.”

I don’t want you to be affected.

I want you to be prepared.

Specifically, I want you to KNOW the three causes of chronic disease.

I also want you to know how to determine which, if any, of these causes is affecting your body.

This episode will teach you that.

    Give it a good listen.

    Take notes.

And, when you’re done, share this episode with a friend.

    Thanks!

    Oct 9 2024

Episode 24:41 Five Health Tips You WON’T Hear From Your Doctor

When it comes to natural ways to improve your health most people think about exercising and eating right.

And while exercising and eating right are incredibly important, there are additional activities a person can incorporate into their lifestyle to help improve their health.

Activities their medical doctor most likely WON’T recommend to them… simply because they’re not aware of them.

On this episode I talk about five such activities.

Five activities outside of exercising and eating right that will boost a person’s health.

Want to know what these five activities are?

You’re going to have to listen to the episode.

And, when you’re done listening, please share it with a friend.

    Thanks!

  • 24-40 My 7 Favorite Blood Tests And How They Reveal, And Predict, Your Health Status
    Oct 2 2024

Episode 24:40 My 7 Favorite Blood Tests And How They Reveal, And Predict, Your Health Status

It’s common, when you go to a doctor, for he/she to order blood tests.

    Why?

Because blood tests can help determine what’s going wrong in your body.

    That’s a good thing.

What’s not so good is that the results you get are often confusing and hard to understand.

    It doesn’t have to be.

On this week’s episode I share with you my favorite blood tests.

Specifically, seven tests that provide an excellent look at what’s going on in your body.

Needless to say, these aren’t the only seven blood tests you may need but they do provide an accurate look at where your health is… and where it’s going.

In fact, I strongly believe that if these seven blood tests are all within the normal range, there’s an excellent chance that your health is close to optimal.

Give this episode a good listen and then share it with a friend.

    Thanks!
