Ep 25: Discover Why Rebecca Has Proclaimed 2024 the Year of Discomfort!

  • Summary

  • Rebecca has been leaning into discomfort from a young age and that continued until 2020 when, after several hard years navigating life stuff she didn't choose, she ended up burning out. She tucked in to heal and grow, which was necessary but also made her world very small. She has since entered into 2024 proclaiming it the year of discomfort in order to expand and grow in different ways. I'm excited for you to meet her!

Rebecca is a certified health coach, yoga teacher, wife, mom of four and founder of Shift for Health. She helps menopausal women understand what's happening in their bodies and what they can do about it so that they can feel like themselves again. You can visit her website at www.shiftforhealth.com or join her on instagram at @shiftforhealth.
