  • Learning from every experience
    Apr 2 2020

Morning everyone I hope you are well? Happy Friday. In this live video I wanted to share some of the lessons I’ve learned this week and what I’ve been applying to my life on a daily basis. Nothing is permanent, every experience is temporary so learn from everyone single one of them. DO: Take stock regularly Assess your current situation Come up with a new strategy if necessary Keep pushing forward Have faith DON’T Go into fear, stress, anxiety or depression Panic Get resentful Give up The lessons you are learning from trying will continuously help you to succeed more than if you were to just give up and stop trying. Have an amazing day. Be great, be fantastic and be absolutely phenomenal today. #dailymotivation #begreat #befantastic #bephenomenal #happyaslarrygroup #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthcoach #lifecoaching #lifecoach #isolationtoolkit #mentalhealthtoolkit #quarantinelife #coronavirus #covid19 #stayathome #COVID19Pandemic #StayHomeSaveLives #CoronaCrisis

  • Confessions of a coach - I struggle to share my emotions
    Sep 11 2019

On this episode I share my personal struggles with emotions. Growing up never being able to express myself openly and vulnerably, as an adult I struggle to communicate with others at times. This happens mainly when I'm upset or if I've had an argument with someone. I go into myself and become very quiet. I struggle to speak and it really affects me and others around me too. Thankfully it doesn't happen often and I am always working on improving it. I wanted to share my recent experiences and shed light on a topic many struggle with communicating.

I'd love to hear from you so please leave your comments and feedback. Please rate this podcast and share with your friends so we can help as many people as possible. Thank you for being part of the Happy As Larry family, be amazing, be fantastic and be phenomenal today.

In this incredible episode Tisha and I go deep into a very serious ongoing topic which is BULLYING. It has made headlines, the news, it has destroyed lives and it has also taken lives. If you are a bully, I suggest listening to this, if you have been bullied, I suggest listening to this because there is a solution for both.
