Do you know the difference between anxiety attacks and panic attacks? They're not the same thing, even though many people think they are.
In a recent video, I talked about some common symptoms of panic attacks:
- They come out of nowhere
- Your body burns through all its adrenaline
- They’re incredibly scary, often making you feel like you're going to die
In short, a panic attack usually feels like something is seriously wrong, but it tends to die down pretty quickly.
But then I noticed something in the comments – many people were saying their panic attacks were lasting hours, even days. Some even said they’d struggled with panic attacks that lasted for weeks.
This made me realize that a lot of people are mislabeling anxiety attacks as panic attacks. So, I decided to make this quick video to clear up the confusion and explain the differences between the two.
Join me as I break down the five key differences between these often-confused experiences and help you figure out whether you're dealing with one or the other – or both.
Tune in to learn why understanding these distinctions is so important for your recovery journey and how to overcome them in the long term.
