She is also the proud mom of two little boys.While Mommy’s Bliss is known for leading product lines in the baby & kids aisles of national stores, Yasmin is driven to disrupt the retail marketplace with products specifically crafted for new moms and their well-being. She believes the cultural nuances around what new moms go through is too narrowly focused; she believes that the emotional transition to becoming a mom deserves more conversation, care, celebration, and understanding. While Yasmin's mom founded Mommy's Bliss, Yasmin has held progressive leadership roles since 2008 and became CEO in 2012 so her mom could retire. Since then the brand has achieved significant growth while taking market share from national brand rivals. You may know the brand from their flagship product, Mommy’s Bliss Gripe Water, sustaining its #1 ranking as a Gas & Colic Relief product for many years. As the company visionary, she has set a new bar for product innovation and differentiation while intensifying efforts to cement customer loyalty. Underneath all of this, she is an advocate for celebrating parents in the workplace and has implemented a number of progressive family oriented policies. Yasmin holds a MBA from the Johns Hopkins Graduate School of Business, a Master’s in Public Health from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, and a BA degree in Human Development from UC Davis. When she is not busy innovating and bringing disruptive products to the market for families, you can find her playing with her two boys or hiking the hills in Marin County.
