These experiences cracked open the rigid paradigms of a linear reality, paving the way for the expansive, compassionate worldview I strive to share in my books. A university student in my mid-fifties, I rediscover the joy of childhood through art and textiles as a designer, exploring the playful possibilities of creativity. Yet, my writing remains my anchor, an intellectual liberation that propels me forward as I continuously broaden my horizons. Inspired by the timeless wisdom of Socrates—“I know nothing”—and Nietzsche’s poignant caution against gazing too long into the abyss, my purpose is to guide others toward a life of compassion, colour, and limitless potential.
