SHAWN DOYLE is a learning and development professional who has a passion for human potential. He has an avid belief in the concept of lifelong learning. For the last 26 years, Shawn has spent his time developing and implementing training programs on sales, team building, customer service, communication, creativity and leadership. This has been in order to help people become more effective in the workplace and in their lives. Some clients include Pfizer ,Zippo, Guidepost, Comcast, Lockheed Martin, Charter Media, IBM, Kraft, The Marines, Microsoft, The Ladders, and The Los Alamos National Defense Laboratory. He is known for his lively, fun, highly interactive and content rich programs. From 2000- 2003 Shawn co-founded a highly successful Corporate University for Comcast Cable - a Fortune One Hundred company. In the role of Vice President of Learning and Development, he developed comprehensive leadership programs for the supervisory, managerial and executive levels. He also oversaw the development of a broad based curriculum, which was used nationwide. From 1998- 2000, he developed a national training program for Comcast Advertising Sales. He developed highly successful sales training, leadership, and mentoring programs. For his achievements, he won the coveted Pinnacle Award for outstanding leadership. Shawn is certified by DDI, The Winninger Institute, Miller - Hieman, and is a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC). He has also earned the distinction of ATM-B (Advanced Toastmaster- Bronze) from Toastmasters. He is a member of The Toastmasters International and The National Speakers Association. Shawn is a CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) as designated by the National Speakers Association. Only 8% of speakers the world are CSP's. Shawn has had articles published in Creative Training Techniques, Training and Development Magazine and Miller - Heiman's Best Few. He is the author of 16 books some of which include: The Ten Foundations of Motivation (iUniverse) , Sales Science ( Café Press), The Manager's Pocket Guide to Motivating Employees ( HRD Press) The Managers Pocket Guide to Training ( HRD Press) Juiced!- How to be more creative in business and in life!
