Robert Gill, Jr. has spent over five decades investing in commercial and residential properties. His vast investment experience includes single-family houses, units, garden apartments, strip centers, and office buildings. He is also a writer of books and magazines, which, considering that you're reading this, makes perfect sense. He is best known for publishing the ArtMolds Journal, a monthly glossy magazine on art and sculpture and earlier in his career, the Long Island House Buyer's Guide. He also writes non-fiction books and articles on subjects ranging from teaching to cooking to personal finance. His works are sometimes recommended by 4 1/3 out of 5 people if you don't count relatives. Robert and his wife keep busy hosting foreign high school students. They have done so for the last seven years. This forces Robert to begrudgingly keep up with the latest in technology, apps, electronic devices, wifi, gimmicks, and thing-a-ma-jigs. It is the guidebook book of the secrets to living a life of happiness and well-being. It is scheduled to be released January 19, 2021.
