Ralph Varcoe is an author, musician, and highly experienced business leader who has spent way too many years building businesses and teams. From taking a mail order book business to being a publisher while still at college, creating an online community and social network for the boating community, working as a consultant in multiple technology companies, driving sales and marketing growth through Europe and beyond, building sales strategies and teams to deliver value to customers globally, to acting as a business mentor for entrepreneurs and start-ups, Ralph has a wealth of experience in what it takes to perform at the top level, and guide others to do the same. He is a trained singer, having performed classical and jazz at venues from London to Shanghai, and writes and records songs for fun. He is an avid sailor, having skippered his team to 1st place in a number of regattas, and is passionate about giving women a greater and more valued position in the working world. He has a partner, with four daughters between them, and lives in Hampshire.
