Patricia Markey is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Patricia has been practicing yoga for over ten years. The practice of yoga and mindful meditation has helped Patricia to grow stronger, more flexible, and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga and meditation have inspired her to live each moment more mindfully. To deepen her practice and understanding of yoga, she completed 200 Hours of Yoga Teacher Training and an additional 175 Hour of Yin Yoga Teacher Training. She has also completed her 500-hour advanced yoga and mindfulness training. Patricia teaches yoga and meditation because she wants to share with others the many benefits that yoga, meditation, and mindfulness have brought to her life.
