Since my early youth, I have felt unable to have healthy relationships with friends and at work. I didn't know the cause. I was very irritable and didn't know my limits. I found support from a group of women who, like me, had been sexually abused as children. I fully implemented all the suggestions that were presented to us. For the first time, I could feel the repressed emotions that were preventing me from moving forward in life, both relationally and professionally. Every victim who decides to take a step towards healing, as slowly as they wish, will find a much better life than before simply by feeling their emotions and expressing their needs. I hope that by reading my book, you will find validation for your own life. I have included a small journal to download. This document will help you measure your progress on the path to recovery.
