An Undergraduate from Cambridge University, Javairia holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Huddersfield University and works as a recruiter, leading and managing recruitment strategies for top fortune 1000 and 500 hundred companies globally. She also writes extensively, with blogs on career tips, job hunting tips, interviewing, personal growth and development. Her new book, Beat the Gun: Lets Rewire our Brain, is based around personal growth and development and helps readers to reimagine their lives and take them in new directions that will ultimately help them find success and happiness as a ‘self-preneur’ in a highly competitive world. In her free time, Javairia enjoys photography, fine art and helping others. As a career coach and mentor, she loves sharing her knowledge and helping millennials to find their dream jobs.
