I’ve been practicing as a Clinical Counselor, Counseling Supervisor, and Spiritual & Life Coach for the past 30 years in my private practice. All the while, I’ve been coming into my own inner spiritual awakening. I have a passion for integrating spiritual lessons and concepts with emotional healing journeys. I especially love bringing this blend to the retreats I facilitate with my husband, Jere, and to my spiritually seeking clients. I am an avid student of A Course in Miracles and A Course of Love. As a nature and animal lover, I've discovered both to be wonderful teachers. I especially enjoy sharing stories and reflecting on lessons learned in my never-ending adventures with my two Beagles, Mazzie and Lillie. Thanks to my husband, Jere, I do most of my meditating and writing from my back deck where I'm surrounded by a paradise of wildlife, flowers, and amusing dog and squirrel antics. For more fun, Jere and I do HIT and weightlifting workouts and dance whenever the mood strikes us! I received my undergraduate degree in Religion/Philosophy, International Studies, and German from Heidelberg University. My Master of Arts degree in Counseling is from Bowling Green State University, and my advanced clinical studies in Counseling are from Heidelberg University. My mantra: Trust and Surrender.
