Emmett LEON Roberson Jr, served for over 26 years in the US Military (US Marines and US Navy (ret)) where he deployed 7 times, led, mentored, and coached some of the finest military leaders still serving today. Upon retirement, he continued federal service working in Washington, DC where he developed the Anti-terrorism Oversight Program for the Naval District Washington Region and served as Operations Officer for NSA Annapolis/US Naval Academy. In 2018, he completed the High Performance Masters Program at HPI and in 2022 became a certified Optimize (R) Coach. He is a successful entrepreneur, CEO of Intentional Intuitive High Performance (IIHP) LLC, and author of Be Deliberate: Life Strategies to Reset, Rebuild, and Rise; which is now available globally sharing his impactful message of Hope, INTENTIONALITY, and resilience in life. Emmett is a Cancer Survivor, has walked with Lions in Africa, swam with sharks in the Caribbean, and most recently climbed Mt Kilimanjaro (Tanzania) see author pic.
