Barb Grant is a seasoned author, business change management consultant and course creator. Her first two books were gold award winners in The Global Book Awards (2023, 2024). With decades of experience, Barb transforms knowledge into profitable, impactful courses and mentoring services. Barb is on a mission to share her skills and knowledge in the hope that they can help and inspire others. Her first book distils her thirty-year proven track record in change management delivery across industries as diverse as telecommunications, energy, financial services, and the public sector. It is a practical, action-prompting take on how to shape organizational change to achieve high adoption and yield meaningful results. Her second book, released in March 2024, unpacks her experiences living with long-term chronic pain. The book focuses on practical tools and techniques to help manage pain, brought to life through the author's personal story. Born and raised in Aotearoa, New Zealand, Barb studied opera singing in the States and worked as a management consultant in London, UK. She currently lives in the South Island of New Zealand with a dog named Bob, a very good boy, three cats who aren't sure about that, a husband, and two kids.
