From the shop floor to the boardroom, Audrey Chapman has created many years of sales success and taught others to achieve the same. Throughout her corporate career, which spanned a couple of decades, she earned the reputation for significant over achievement whilst successfully delivering change in complex sales environments. In 2011 she left corporate employment, started a freelance career and in 2015 founded The Sales Resolution. Working with start-ups through to plc’s her success has been rooted in her ability to create sales openness and a razor sharp ability to get clarity about how sales functions align with the wider business and their customers. Described by her colleagues and clients as inspirational and innovative, Audrey specialises in stimulating sales success for individuals and creating outstanding sales teams. Students, coaching clients and mentees flourish under her tutorage whilst corporate clients enjoy immediate success from the bespoke programs she designs, manages and delivers for them. At the heart of Audrey’s unique approach lies her certain belief that it is ‘opening’ rather than ‘closing’ that leads to a successful sales life.
