After studying hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, coaching and a wide range of personal development techniques, Andrew Parr set up his own private practice to help people resolve personal, emotional and habitual problems using his unique E.S.C.A.P.E method. It is known as probably 'the kindest, quickest and most effective form of personal therapy available’. He has nearly 30 years of experience, practising his transformational therapy and coaching, much of which based in London's Harley Street. During that time has carried out over 17,000 one-to-one client consultations, helping them to finally overcome their limitations or damaging behaviour patterns. Andrew also has his own practitioner academy based in East Sussex and online. He lives in East Sussex, UK, with his partner and their 3 children.
