André T. Miller was born February 12, 1983, in Salisbury, Maryland, to Florida A. Hall and the late Ralph Smith. He was raised by his mother and stepfather, the late Raymond C. Hall, and was the third born of seven siblings. During his youth, his family relocated from the Eastern Shore to Prince George's County, Maryland. He graduated from Suitland High School as an NFL hopeful in 2002. He attended and played football for Saint Paul's College. He also served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Afghanistan. He is a proud father, brother, uncle, son, nephew, and cousin to a very large and loving Christian family, from which his faith in God has continuously developed. Activities he enjoys are fishing, sporting events, live music, yardwork, traveling, cooking, listening to audiobooks, writing, and spending time with his family. Outside of his transportation career with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, mentoring youth and sports coaching are ways André invests in his local community. "Push NonStop" is his brand of motivational media and apparel.
