Amy Barene lives in the Pacific Northwest where she runs her business, Capital Blooms. A self-taught cut flower gardener and florist, Amy combines her love of teaching with botanicals by empowering others to fill their yards with blooms. Capital Blooms was started in 2017, and consists of floral design workshops, cut flowers, and wedding work. Amy works on her 1,067-square-foot micro flower farm with her husband, Nick, and her three pups, Heidi, Cosmo, and Billie.
