He is a common man who finds a way to do the impossible. What does a morally upright man do when forced to decide between the lesser of two evils? He single-handedly takes out an entire motorcycle gang.

Why would a normal citizen venture into the jungles of Ecuador to rescue kidnapped missionaries? Eli Brown, a widowed construction worker, learns of a husband and wife team from his community taken hostage by members of a drug cartel. Since he cannot see anyone going to their aid—including the United States government—he decides he will do it. Assisted by a feisty female friend, he makes a 2,000 mile journey, tangles with evil men, escapes danger, sets prisoners free, survives an ordeal in a raging river, and eventually has a showdown with the leader of the cartel.
