A group of friends, Kevin, Carl, Mike, and Susan, decided to go hiking in the woods near an abandoned cabin. As they were walking along the trail, they found a gold ancient artifact. It looked like a medallion. The artifact had strange engraved symbols on it and was attached to a long chain. The group of friends kept the strange-looking artifact with them as they were hiking. They took it to the cabin. Later that night, as they were getting all settled in, everyone noticed that it had a strange bright orange glow.

Their counselor is all too willing to chalk up the dreams to their collective drug withdrawal. But as their rehab draws to a close, the addicts realize that the house they are living in could be truly haunted after all.

Sex symbols, whether from the past or present, allure like little else. Though many sex symbols have emerged over the years, three have triumphed as American icons: Rudolph Valentino of the 1920s, the Beatles band of the 1960s, and Justin Bieber of today. Through poetry, this work praises beloved American icons, while attempting to harness and integrate their charismatic powers. Hopefully, these prominent icons will inspire other sex symbol icons to emerge in the very near future.
