Now, Jimmy is calling in favors. The local sheriff isn't an exactly a go-getter, and Jimmy wants to ensure the killer is found. Old friendships can make for high-maintenance situations.

The Eclipse has no time to rest on his laurels, following the destruction of The Inferno and 'Bull' Logan. A new crime boss promptly moves in to try to seize control of Chicago, with the aid of the surviving members of Logan's gang. As if that wasn't enough, a series of hanging deaths occur across the city, all apparently connected in some way with a jewel robbery from several years prior.
