When I tell people who know me, or who are just meeting me in person for the first time, that I am a published author, they respond with shock. I imagine that there is always some surprise upon learning that a friend or acquaintance has written a full-length novel and gone through the publish process. However, when I am the one proclaiming myself an author, the amazed look is quickly followed by an expression of confusion.

Let the adventure continue.... Based upon the storyline that was given in The View from My Heels, when Zoe and Kelly take another look at the advice giver of Miami as they go on the path of life. Now, with the next chapter, we are focused on the family around main character JT and all the adventures, including helping Zoe focus on the fashion industry and the truth about the trials and tribulations of having a disability and dealing with it.

At age 24 I decided to tell my story. Writing this autobiography gave me the opportunity to pay tribute to my family members who are passionate about life and have instilled this passion in me. My parents' extraordinary support, encouragment, and pure love were my foundation as I navigated life, overcame obstacles, and achieved successes as a young woman with cerebral palsy.
