One common experience on the spiritual path that doesn't get talked about much is that of intensity and overwhelm. Unless we come to terms with the intensity of the feelings that arise within us, we will hide from the very things we are seeking. This podcast is about dealing with intensity and ultimately mastering it for our own purposes.

Each episode is a different shamanic journey in the Huna style that allows you to explore and change aspects of your life. Nothing is needed except a quiet place to journey and enough uninterrupted time to experience a different reality. Each journey starts with a pleasurable guided induction in a beautiful garden of your choosing, and then the rest is left up to you. A callback at the end is gentle and simple. The imagery may be imaginary, but the experience is real.

There is nothing that compares with feeling comfortable with who we are. It is the wondrous sense that we are at home in ourselves and happy to be us. Yet most of us have great difficulty getting into this delicious state of being. The way home is not through great sacrifices and endless hardships. It is a path through being gentle with ourselves, showing ourselves the kind of love and compassion we would with any dear friend or beloved.

Pleasure is a much more important part of our lives than we give it credit for. In its many forms, it is what we all crave the most. But there are significant ways that we can work with pleasure, not just for enjoying life more, but also to be more effective, creative, caring, loving, healthy, spiritually connected and happy. By learning the individual skills that build pleasure and joy, and by using the powerful exercises, you will soon be able to make a life for yourself that is more deeply satisfying than you've ever imagined.
