Imagine that everyone you have ever known or loved was forced against their will into a state of demonic possession and spiritual slavery. Managing a sales team is one of the most important and challenging positions in a company, and it requires a unique set of skills. Unfortunately, many sales managers spend much of their day putting out fires, and moving from problem to problem. Their days consist of an overwhelming number of activities, including responding to urgent requests from their bosses, resolving customer issues and complaints, and dealing with disgruntled employees.

Shortly after 9/11, Norman, a national director for World Vision's poverty reduction program in Mauritania, and his daughter, Hannah, were driving to the beach when an Arab man opened fire on his parked car, severely wounding him and his daughter. After their recoveries, the family made the extraordinary decision to stay in Mauritania, to maintain their commitment to the poor in their community, and to forgive the man who had hurt them.
