Hello, everyone! I’m Paul Graban, and welcome to the Humanity Under God Podcast (H.U.G.) The goal of this show is simple: to share love, positivity, and the power of God in our everyday lives. We will explore both the highs and lows of life, and examine how God works through all experiences to shape who we are. On this podcast, we'll focus on shifting our mindset—learning to replace negativity with the peace that only God can provide. Doctors don't "implement medicine," they practice medicine. Lawyers don't "implement cases," they practice law. Shouldn't Lean facilitators, consultants, managers, and the like, also "practice Lean?" When most of us start with Lean, the practices and principles are new. We might struggle to make change happen. I know I did. Our initial clumsy efforts hopefully turn into proficiency and mastery over time. We shift from "doing Lean" to "being Lean" and teaching others how to be Lean.
