DR. BB Wagner, head of xeno-lingusitics, xenopaleontology, and xeno folklore translates ancient xeno texts on what he considers the greatest galactic story ever told: "The Epic of Queen Learptulla, Savior of the Organi Drones." The tale is about the most perfect woman in the cosmos who fought for her freedom on a reptilian merchant vessel and eventually becomes a freedom fighter feared by all. However, as he translates this story, his own life unravels, painting a picture of a man obsessed with his own work, ignoring the ones he truly loves.
