Welcome to the “I’m Good, Wbu?” Podcast! I am so happy that you joined me! As its name implies, this podcast was sparked by one of the most common responses given whenever people are asked how they are doing. So often, we mask our pain, loneliness, and hurt by a simple “I’m good,” when in reality that’s not how we feel at all. Are you REALLY good? Are you REALLY okay?
