welcome to episode three of /bī/ identity podcast. this week we discuss our health conscious journeys (as opposed to saying a weight lost journey).

in thinking of it as being health conscious, we talk about focusing on doing and eating in a way that would help us establish healthy habits. from establishing a work out regime, meal prepping, doing 'special diets' to making excuses and falling into 'traps' of things that promote rapid weight loss, here's our experience.

    what about yours?

    1. do you have a workout routine?

    2. do you meal prep?

    3. do you have a special diet? i.e. keto, carb cycling, vegan, etc. if so, why?

    4. what is some advice you could give others based on your experience?

    5. what excuses do you have/ or have overcome, in becoming more health conscious?
