  • Episode 13: Lexy (Birth Stories)
    Apr 18 2024

My name is Lexy. I grew up in Iowa, was a softball pitcher for Augustana University in Sioux Falls, SD where I graduated from college, and met my husband in Des Moines, IA as we both moved there after college for work. We got married during the pandemic which ended up allowing us to work from anywhere so we chose La Crosse, WI as it was a middle ground for our families.

We have two beautiful little girls earth-side and one boy in heaven. Naomi is 2.5 years old and Hazel just turned 5 months! We lost Jethro at 16 weeks gestation back in October 2023.

I stay at home with my kids currently. We love to be outside, go to parks, and sing lots of songs! It is the hardest job I’ve ever had, and also the most rewarding and important to me.

Outside of being a wife and mom, I love to hangout with friends, be creative with projects, go on walks, and workout.

As a family, we love to travel and go on hikes! That love is a little slower paced with having two little kids, but someday will pick back up again. We do have some awesome dance parties right now as well.

If I could treat myself right now, I would hands down get a massage!!
