  • Summary

  • Welcome to our brand new podcast On Golden Shores, a podcast all about pregnancy, birth and the fourth trimester.

Golden Shores is our holistic pregnancy and birth course. It’s a unique course built on the foundations of our knowledge and experience of both working with hundreds of women in this realm - and - our own experiences of transitioning into motherhood. We built the course we wish we’d had.

We were tired of seeing women get shafted by the birth industry. The promise that if you held the ‘right’ mindset and used the ‘right’ language then birth would unfold in a certain way.

We were frustrated with the narrative that there was a ‘best’ way to give birth.

We knew that women needed so much more than just information, tools and techniques about the birth itself.

We believe that the most important thing is how you feel. That this is a precious moment in your life. You deserve the care and space to consider how you want it to be. To understand what is happening and the options that are available to you.

Your choices for your birth, but also your early days, weeks and months as a new mother.
