    1. Tim Tam Tiramisu
    Ingredients:
    • 2 packets Tim Tams
    • 1 cup strong coffee, cooled
    • 250g cream cheese
    • 1/2 cup thickened cream
    • 1/4 cup icing sugar
    • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)
    • Cocoa powder for dusting
    Instructions:
    1. Whisk cream cheese, cream, icing sugar, and liqueur until smooth.
    2. Dip Tim Tams in coffee and layer in a dish.
    3. Spread cream mixture over Tim Tams.
    4. Repeat layers, ending with cream on top.
    5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
    Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
