Oof, this one was heavy for me. It's been a heavy week. 

Lots of self reflection on the different ways I have been a people-pleaser and how that's gotten me to places I never even wanted to move to. 

We also explore where that came from for me and how there might be a component of what was encouraged by my family for me to accomplish being an attempt to live vicariously through me. We also talk about toxic family stuff and how I somehow have a giant ogre kink.

We discuss dealing with family members that are antivaxxers, covid minimizers and have our first hotline message regarding the experience of losing loved ones to covid because they chose to believe misinformation.

We talk about the patterns we adopt so we can protect ourselves from being hurt by others like people pleasing, which is a big part of my story.
