  • Summary

  • A burnt-out Covid ICU nurse who is now in Psychiatric NP school talking about the experience in the frontlines during the pandemic and the lasting emotional toll it took on him. You will get to listen to a raw self as he navigates and discovers the impact of trauma (childhood, occupational, relational, etc.) as it relates to his mental health and his interactions with others. We do deep dives into personal and vulnerable spots that are many times universal in the human experience and his hope is to show you that starting from a place of vulnerability and emotionality is courageous and not a symptom of weakness. All of this wrapped in a fun and sometimes tangential comedy-filled space to be silly and light.
